Account Manager, part-time to full-time
Main client contact responsible for all Internet marketing services, including search engine optimization, Pay Per Click campaigns, online media, etc. Duties include client meetings, website analysis, keyword research and analysis, coordination with copywriters/Web designers, quarterly reports, and ongoing organic sales with current accounts. Previous Internet marketing experience required.

New Business Development/Sales, full-time
Develop and maintain a target list of customers, call on potential clients, schedule sales meetings, conduct X-Factor sales presentations, review all services, create quotes, follow up with potential clients, meet benchmarked goals. Attend weekly X-Factor operations meetings. Must be familiar with Internet marketing. Two years experience required, existing relationships with marketing directors a plus. Good verbal and written skills a must. Regional travel required. Position is commission only, potential salary range $40-60K a year.

Public Relations Strategist, part-time to full-time
Manage public relations program. Meet with clients to develop and execute online and traditional PR strategies. Coordinate projects with copywriters, distribute press releases and articles to publishers, form media relationships and follow up with media. Manage clipping service. Communicate monthly with clients. Attend weekly X-Factor operations meetings. Two years experience required.

Freelance Copywriters
Copywriting for website content, editorial articles, press releases, case studies and technical papers. Must be familiar with search engine optimization / key-phrase implementation.
